Every Birth of a New Day

The Spring breath has breezed by grazing my skin with delight

Today is born brighter through its rain and rebirth of May flowers.

I was told once to eat your desert first because you don't know when you will die.

I took note of that when I was aloud to wake this morning.

So when the breeze takes its toll on your body when doubt rises within you,

note to yourself that there is another day lurking in the early darkness.
