Validators are currently voting on a proposal to use 5% of all fees to buy and burn RUNE, effectively reducing its circulating supply. If this proposal is approved, it could significantly boost RUNE’s price by increasing scarcity and demand.

• if there are two tips equally near to the winning value, the one that is given earlier is the winning one

  and rounded to two decimals
• prices are transferred directly to the winning account before publishing the next weekly post
