I'm not sure, so I just don't do that. I think because you can potentially make money here, you should be as original as possible. Copyright infringement is illegal.

Just curious not for myself but all the other people I see doing it, if I should flag it or not.
I typically only flag if someone is being abusive to someone, or saying blatantly racist stuff. Maybe seek out someone with a high reputation and ask them.
