few places in the world, amongst the one I had the luck to visit, are beautiful, rich in history, elegant, but as the same time dirty and chaotic, like Rome.
Useless for me to share are history of this place, well known today but even more during acient times as "caput mundi" (the head of the world).
Nowadays litterally invaded ecah single day by millions of turists, today a bit less thanks to the coronavirus, it is strugling to keep itself clean and tidy, I have to admid that the local people do not help a lot.
What I love the most is to get lost in the streets of the center and stumble upon avery few meters in an amazing monument with more than 2000 years of history.
The one on the photo is the phanteon, old roman temple now a church.
I was there once on a one day layover. In that short time I really was impressed with the city and the real style of the locals young and old. Very cool...
