Lots of us want to form a good habit in order to better ourselves. Yet, when we try to build such good habits, we fall short of following through consistently.

This was such a case for me on multiple occasions. I wanted to get in the habit of waking up early (preferably before 6AM every morning).

As weird as it sounds, it was a solution to a long-term problem I faced. It was a lack of productivity and constantly wishing for more time to get stuff done.

When I woke up earlier in the mornings, I was more productive completing the tasks planned out the night before. If you are able to do this on a regular basis, you too can see a spike in production.

Before doing this challenge, I looked back at what I did wrong that lead to the failure of my previous attempts. The underlying causes were present in my pre-bedtime and wake up routines.
