IDEA: Minimum guaranteed reward for creative work within the community. This idea came from @juliank's @photocontests project where @photocontests automatically vote daily photography entries (two entries per day with proper tag) and reward points for level-up . Vote value depends on the current level of creator. Based on daily submission, he share rewards i.e. send STEEM (reward from his own contest post) to top XX number of photography entries. For his funding for @photocontests, he rented SP with his previous earning.

Therefore, any creative works like arts, paintings, musics, crafts, blogs, fictions can be gamified and rewarded. If the level of a creator closely matches his/her merit or effort, then it may encourage the creator to be more productive. More experiments are required to tune the level upgradation. Few moderators can volunteer for judge (or, rewarded by his/her post due to his/her popularity). The funding can be collected from the community posts, delegation from the wealthy or willing community members or a proposal to @budgets or @utopian-io or even STINC.

This kind of reward system can gamify and inspire creators to be more productive and spur creative activities.
