Something that seems urgent AF right now, is a way to deal with RPR (Reward Pool Rapists). The vast majority of the community hates them, but we seem to be paralyzed when it comes to dealing with them.

What we need is a communal account, that uses 100% of it's voting power to flag various agreed upon behaviors, if it's done manually, perhaps the volunteer who will operate it, could take a vote a day to themselves.

And since practically everyone supports this, hopefully most users will delegate at least 1% of their SP which will create a megawhale that will keep our reward pool safe and not depleted.
