Today my student said she wanted to do 10k when I showed her we done 10 miles she was so happy few months back 2 miles was about it 
road running can be boring when on your own so I like to ride next to her with speakers in my rucksack and be her motivation 
train hard win easy that’s our motto . Make the uncomfortable feel comfortable rain harder than your opponent and then train a little bit more
