Hive watchers have settled this rule. You can confirm this by asking in their discord
I asked on PeakD server on discord and i think it's not a problem, i was told, a lot of people riquired that on giveaways, i put it on, because i know peopple just come say "count me in" as they saw giveaway, i made the rule to make sure i was rewarding people that read the post, while i didnt't get other answer i'm maintainng the rule, thanks for your concern
