Only followers are elegible to win prizes make sure you are follower, you need to be follower in the day of the raffle, and you get notified for the next ones. 🤑
this is not allowed on hive blockchain,remove this rule.

Hive watchers have settled this rule. You can confirm this by asking in their discord
I asked on PeakD server on discord and i think it's not a problem, i was told, a lot of people riquired that on giveaways, i put it on, because i know peopple just come say "count me in" as they saw giveaway, i made the rule to make sure i was rewarding people that read the post, while i didnt't get other answer i'm maintainng the rule, thanks for your concern
