Saludos y buenas tardes queridos amigos de hive, me complace presentarme nuevamente por acá. Hoy quiero compartirles una nueva historia. Esta la he hecho sobre Tony. El llega a ser un exitoso guitarrista. Pero cuando alcanza eso tendrá que enfrentarse a algo que no sabía que pasaría, Si quieren saber de que se trata les invito a leer la historia. Comenzamos.

Tony has always strived to be a great guitarist, and he's achieved a great deal. Since he started several years ago, he's only climbed higher and higher. Proof of this is his impressive track record of collaborations, his own songs, and everything he's gained along the way. He's already at the top, and there's not much further to climb. Now, all that's left is to enjoy the journey and continue staying on top. He's achieved this and more because he prioritizes his music above all else, not letting anything distract him. He's never had a partner so that it doesn't take away from his focus and allows him to concentrate fully. His family doesn't see him much because his work is relentless. He only manages to see them once or twice a month.

Not many could endure a life like this just to stay on top, but Tony sees it as his life; in fact, he lives for it. Everything else has always been secondary. Although this has helped him earn a lot, it has also taken time away from other valuable things. He's received criticism from his closest family members for the little time he spends with them. He has endured everything, just to keep going.

Tony siempre ha hecho todo lo posible por ser un buen guitarrista, y ha logrado mucho. Desde que empezó hace ya varios años no ha hecho más que subir cada vez más. Muestra de ello es su gran historial de colaboraciones, canciones propias y todo lo que ha ganado en el proceso. Ya se encuentra en lo más alto y no hay mucho más que subir. No ha tenido ni pareja para que eso no le quite parte de su atención y poder concentrarse al máximo. Su familia no lo ve mucho porque su trabajo es interminable. El solo saca una o dos veces al mes para verlo.

No muchos pudieran aguantar una vida así solo por mantenerse en la cima, pero Tony lo ve como su vida, es que de hecho vive por eso. Lo demás ha sido secundario siempre. Aunque esto le ha ayudado a ganar mucho también le ha quitado tiempo para otras cosas valiosas. Ha recibido críticas de sus familiares más cercanos por el poco tiempo que pasa con ellos. Él lo ha soportado todo, con tal de seguir.

Putting music above everything else was soon going to be put to the test. Up until this point, he'd never had a partner. And he had no intention of looking for one, since he wanted to focus entirely on his music. But during a collaboration with a band, he met Mirta. She was the lead singer of that group. He was going to be with them for a few days as their guest guitarist. During rehearsals, he was able to talk with her more in-depth and get to know her better. They had very similar personalities; she had also sacrificed a lot to get where she was. So they connected very well. Their tough exteriors were put to the ultimate test because they both knew they liked each other. So, for the first time, they made an exception to their impeccable musical careers to have their first relationships.

They had to cancel events and several engagements to get to know each other and eventually have their wedding. Several months passed during that time. But when the honeymoon was over, it was time to get back to work. Music doesn't forgive or wait, so you have to go to it. Each of them started playing and singing in their respective bands. Since they were from opposing groups, they couldn't see each other much. Only once or twice a month. Just like Tony with his family. He had tolerated this without any problems, and so had she. But they both felt that music was driving them apart. Neither said anything to the other because they didn't want to give the impression that they had lost their drive to keep giving their all for music.

En los ensayos pudo hablar más detenidamente con ella y conocerla cada vez mejor. Tenían una forma de ser muy similar, ella había renunciado a mucho también para llegar hasta donde estaba. Así que conectaron muy bien. La forma de ser dura de los dos se puso a prueba al máximo porque ambos sabían que se gustaban. Así que por primera vez hicieron una excepción en sus impecables carreras musicales para tener su primera pareja.

Tuvieron que cancelar eventos y varias parentaciones para poder conocerse y eventualmente tener su boda. Pasaron varios meses entre ese tiempo. Pero cuando la luna de miel pasó era momento de volver al trabajo, la música no perdona ni espera así que debes ir hacia ella. Cada uno comenzó a tocar y cantar en sus respectivos grupos. Como eran de grupos opuestos no podían verse mucho. Solo una o dos veces al mes. Justo lo mismo que le pasaba a Tony con su familia. El había tolerado esto sin problemas y ella también. Pero ambos sintieron que la música los estaba distanciando. Ninguno le dijo nada al otro porque no querían darse a entender que habían bajado sus ganas de seguir dándolo todo por la música.

But however tough things were for both of them, music couldn't overshadow their love, and they both felt the need to spend more time together. A marriage where you can only see each other once or twice a month, without being able to go for a walk or even just exchange a few words each day, simply doesn't work. So, little by little, they, who had believed themselves invincible in their respective careers, had to change, for the good of both of them, for the good of their relationship. The change was hard for both of them because they weren't used to that life, but it was necessary.

They stopped singing or playing so much, even though it meant stepping down from the top. They prioritized their life together and also started spending more time with their families. They understood that although music had brought them together, it also had the power to tear them apart, and they weren't willing to sacrifice so much. Now they are happy together, and music is still there, but in its proper place. Luckily, they made the right decisions in time.

Pero por muy duros que fueran los dos la música no podía opacar su amor, y ambos sentían la necesidad de pasar más tiempo, juntos. Un matrimonio que solo se puede ver una o dos veces al mes, sin poder salir a dar un paseo o poder decirse una palabras cada día simplemente no funciona. Así que poco a poco ellos que se creían invensibles en sus carreras respectivas tuvieron que cambiar, por el bien de los dos, de la relación. El cambio fue duro para los dos porque no estaban acostumbrado a esa vida, pero era necesario.

Dejaron de cantar o tocar tanto aunque eso los hiciera bajar de la cima. Priorizaron su vida juntos y también comenzaron a estar más tiempo con sus familias. Y es que ellos entendieron que aunque la música los había unido también tenía el poder de separarlos y no estaban dispuestos a sacrificar tanto. Ahora son felices juntos, y la música está ahí, pero en su correcto lugar. Por suerte tomaron las decisiones correctas a tiempo.
