Constitution Police

I have personally witnessed thousands of constitutional rights violations in my time. The first question that comes to mind in every case is how to file charges against those stepping on our rights.

The constitution police

They are never around when you need them. When the police come and stop you from protesting, gag orders are placed on people by crooked judges, HIPPA violations or even public beatings for not wearing mask - people known to have asthma - what can be done? I have seen constitutional questions taken up in the SCOTUS but how do they get there?

It looks like there has been an example of one how-to action. The state of Texas has filed a suit against other states stating that "equal treatment" was violated by Governors and legislatures when they changed voting laws.

I would love to see any and every political leader charged when they have violated their oath to the constitution. The DOJ will not do it because of the good ol' boy club.

We need to be able to appeal to an independent entity made up of ordinary citizens. They would need to be apolitical and vetted to make sure they do not have millions in gifts coming in through the back door of their bank accounts.

This would be a fast track to the courts in order to charge entities that step on our rights. Think of the abused wife who files a protection order. One of those can be filed, granted and in hand within a day or so.

What good is it to have a constitution that guarantees our rights without any means to complain and get an emergency order from a constitutional entity to back up that guarantee?
