As a citizen of a country, your freedom and right must not be denied of you since its your legal right. Many peoples rights have been abused illegally since their rights and freedom have been taken from them. Its a kind gesture to enlighten everyone on their rights as members of their various countries; I want to begin this with a quote from a woman with the name Ayn Rand Lexicon who is known as a good writer on legal issues and solves them in a very nice way.
A is moral principle defining and sanctioning on men's freedom of action in a social context. There is only one fundamental right ( all the others are it consequences or corollaries): a mans right to his own life. Life is a process of self generated action which means: the freedom to take all actions required by nature of a rational being for the support, the furtherance, the fulfillment and the enjoyment of his own life.
(such is the meaning of the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness).
The concept of a "right" pertains only to action-specifically to freedom of action. It means freedom from physical compulsions, coercion or interference by other men.
Thus, for every individual, a right is the moral sanction of a positive-of his freedom to act on his own judgement, for his own goals, by his own voluntary , uncoerced choice. As to his neighbors, his right impose no obligations on them except of a negative kind: to abstain from violating his rights.
The right to life is the source of all rights-and the right to property is their on implementation. Without property rights, no other rights is possible. Since man has to sustain his life by his own effort, the man who has no right to the product of his life. The man who produces whiles others dispose of his product, is a slave.
Bear in mind that the right to property is a right to action, like all the others: it is not a right to object, but to the action and the consequences of producing or earning that object. It is not a guarantee that a man will earn any property, but on a guarantee that he will own it if he earns it. It is the right to gain, to keep, to use and dispose of material values.
This above quote is in the hands of the executive, legislature, judicial and all the organs of the government of a state to respect every human rights where its applicable by nature or legal.
SOME RIGHTS THAT EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO ENJOY AS MEMBERS OF S STATE are as follows;
No persons life shall be taken unless its being instructed by the court of law as a punishment given to the person based upon his/her offences.
Every person is entitled to his/her personal liberty unless the person is permitted to proceed accordance to to the court of law, unless the person has been ruled against e.g (execution of a court sentence by death, electrocution, death by injection)
For a person to be arrested, the person must be explained to in his/her language he/she understands. This make the person certain about the charges said upon him/her her to ensure a proper arrest, since the person is a rightful partaker of the "law to free liberty".
Unlawful arrest of a person gives the person the right seek compensation from that of the other person.
No person shall or by any means arrest any citizen by cruelty or any unhuman or degrading treatment. As I said," your life must be respected".
I believe that everyone's life is valuable and it must be dealt with care and respect, most people are kept in boxes today because their rights have been taken from them by their own parents, friends, neighbors etc. I've taken it upon myself and with that support of @mughat, to help enlighten people on their bases rights and freedom they do have. There will be a continues updates on the bases of human rights and freedom, to help many in the darkness to see illumination through steemit platform.
Humans are not waste beings to be treated anyhow, but rather precious in very different ways, you not valuing someones life doesn't mean the person is worthless. Until you come to know what the person entails, you should deal with everyone in a manner in which the person wont fell cruelty or degraded. Ayn Lexicon said, the right in which all the other rights do stand on is the right to live. Lets not infringe on peoples right because we have the upper hand, we all wont live forever, lets make this world beautiful because we can.
