President-elect Donald Trump has tapped ExxonMobil CEO and administrator Rex Tillerson to be his secretary of state, he affirmed early Tuesday.
Tillerson's designation as Washington's best representative and the essential channel between the United States and outside governments has drawn feedback from those stressed over his associations with Russian President Vladimir Putin .
