There are plenty of disaffected people out there that love nothing more than ruining everyone else's good time. One of my brothers is like that. He wasn't very popular in high school and failed to go to the prom. He'll never be happy with himself, therefore he enjoys making others unhappy. Weird.

But yeah, I know the types you mean. "Complainers" I call them. Always looking for something to be pissed off about, or for others to be as pissed off as them. I try to avoid such negativity if I can. It can affect even my mood at times, which is typically very good.
