This morning I will like to talk to you my friends about finding time to rest as an entrepreneur, sometime last year I made a decision to take a day in the week off work, that day is for religious activities and for rest as well and I am glad I made that decision, for everyone I employ as well I always give them that day off in in order for them to rest.

Statistically there have been multiple exchange platform that have been either hacked or breached which have lead to loss of multiple loss of capital which most likely are non refundable.

But why do we grow up with fear? It is certainly a necessary emotion for many situations in our lives, but it is not those moments I'm talking about, many times or most of the time are the same people who are around us that invade us with this kind of emotions, thoughts, anxieties, in short, society in general conditions us to do what they do and to be like they are.
