I met Cory several years ago at a writers festival. I attended one of his panels and he signed a book for me. Very friendly, very down-to-earth (like most Canadians!) and an incredible speaker. He was raising issues in his talk that very few people back then were thinking about: social currency, copyright, intellectual freedom versus group think and how our society is subtly manipulated. He's truly a visionary.
