Thanks! I forgot about Defenders -will take a look. Had not time to watch Iron Fist but I know one fan of it - my 19 yo son. He is for 10 years in aikido though, so maybe it's about technics..

That is really cool. Glad your done found such and amazing activity. Perhaps you are right and he really enjoyed the fight scenes.
