Apologies for the delay. There should be a cog that shows on the ask question pop-up that allows you to select settings. Does this show for you?

P.s we're working on the UX at it's been a sticking point for a few.
No, it doesn´t show like this, just this limited screen I showed.
Bad luck. I wanted to try it out and write a review, but not if it is buggy still.
If you type and click ask a new question it will show the page as I showed above, the reason is that it searches for previous questions prior to going to the main ask question page as I showed.
Perhaps the button should say "Next" rather than ask a new question.
