This is the Lovesniper Retention curation initiative aiming to retain those quality content creators after making their introduction posts. It was observed that after newbies made their introduction posts, their succeeding posts are often ignored. This initiative will hopefully encourage the newbies to continue posting quality content and interact with anyone in the community. As compilation posts are also done, this will highlight the newbies and will give the community an idea which newbie to look out for.

Then I made a mixture to cover the branches. I used pieces of an egg carton and a little plaster, added water to make a paste, and then put it on the branches to cover the threads and joints.

During this session, I tried different combo variations. For example, in one of them, I worked on the planche press, where in the negative phase I lowered myself to 90 degrees and then pushed back up into a push-up. I also included the Victorian lever on a bar, front lever pull-ups to test my maximum, a supine planche, and a one-arm back lever, which I did quite well. In addition, I performed a good volume of planche push-ups, although at times I lost my form. Thanks to the prior isometric work, I managed to maintain the position despite the imperfect technique.

Sometimes I write songs. And you still come, unannounced, and frolic within them as if nothing had happened; as if your shadow were still sitting on the edge of each verse, breathing with me. Sometimes I think it's a trap you set for me from afar: your way of continuing to exist in my voice, of not dying completely. Because, although I try to deceive myself, the truth is that you're still there, in the minuscule possibility of your return, in that crack to which my hope clings.

Hi, I'm Abeegail, welcome to my blog, I'm a teen who grew up way too fast and wonders where her childhood went. When I heard the phrase "overdeveloped kids makes underdeveloped adults" from my favourite poet— korijanes on tiktok, I felt like a knife stabbed right through my heart, I've never heard a sentence that described me so well. I was an overdeveloped kid, the one that was mature, that knew when her presence was not need, that always knew the right words to say to fuel an adult's ego. The child that had to cater to the emotional well being of a grown up. I thought being mature was a game and was determined to win. I suppressed my inner child, I shut her eyes, plugged her ears and clamped my hands over her mouth.

To begin with, I apologise for my absence from the platform. I had some issues with university, but I have resolved them now. As for my day, I woke up at 6 a.m., thanked God for a good day, and started studying because I had an exam. I studied until about 8 a.m. and then took a shower. I had breakfast, which was arepas with cheese and coffee with milk. Then I got dressed and went to university to continue studying so I could pass my exam. We entered the classroom at 11:30 am and proceeded to take the exam. We spent an hour taking the exam, and after completing it, I handed it in. I went out to discuss some things with my classmates and then proceeded to leave. I arrived home, had lunch, and lay down for a while until it was time for my training session.

What started as a simple food trip turned into a mini road adventure filled with surprises, laughter, and crispy pork goodness. If you’re planning to visit a buffet spot, always check ahead; and if one door closes, another pork-filled one might just open nearby!

Finally, I did some 90-degree holds. It's a super advanced position where you basically support yourself with your arms at a right angle. In all these exercises, my priority was the hold. Honestly, it's what I still struggle with a bit, but I've noticed a huge improvement. Last week's recovery pattern was key because I don't feel as fatigued as before. My body is fully adapting to the routine again.

I realized as you get older the kind of alcohol you enjoy drinking is already beer. Local beers in the Philippines are good don’t get me wrong but when I visited Germany for the first time, I realized that all the beers there is amazing! We dropped by at a store while we were charging the car since my boyfriend still had to drive back home for another hour or two. We saw a small barrel of Paulaneer. I immediately took a photo of it because I was so amazed. I had tried it before and I really liked its taste. It's the kind of beer I would enjoy drinking in a pub or even just relaxing at home. This store has many kinds of beer you can choose. It’s a variety of beers very pleasing to eyes of beer lovers! 😂
