Quiero comentarles que me encuentro muy feliz por haber culminado mi carrera universitaria, oficialmente soy licenciada en Contaduría Pública, debo mencionar que no ha sido fácil el camino, esta etapa se vive como una montaña rusa (muchas altas y bajas). Lo cierto es que poco de lo que creemos acerca de estos temas se basa en nuestras experiencias personales o nuestra propia producción de ideas, al contrario, nuestras vivencias sexuales y en relaciones suelen verse muy afectadas por todas las cosas que nos inyectan cada día a través de la televisión, las canciones, las revistas, los libros etc.

We all feel the ebb and flow of daily life, the daily rhythms that shape our days. Often times sleeping late has become a pattern. no matter how late I go to bed, I have this biological clock, sometimes it serve as a blessing and sometimes just the exact opposite. Are you a morning person? I am and this is our common problem in sleeping late, because our body normally dictates to get up, and getting not enough sleep leaves us tired during the day, and this affects our mood, and mental alertness. And it's not something very surprising as we are not getting any younger, you know what I mean when we are over 30, it's a blessing though.

The most active, productive and enjoyable time of life's journey for most people is in their 20s. It is the brightest period for most of us and a time period that also contains memorable stories in the years to come.
