Reputation = 0, commands zero Reward since Resteemed post is not seen by anyone. Posts resteemed by an account with zero reputation is invisible.
I did not flag you. In fact, I do not flag anyone. You got flag by several accounts and made your Reputation Zero. Sorry. But can get worse. I have seen accounts with -25
