Hi steemits, well not posted for a few days fasting is still a hit, feeling great and a new source of energy.
Sticking to the 19 hours of fasting and 5 hours of eating, well not eating fully for the whole 5 hours lol, but just one meal a day with maybe a little fruit and coffee with butter.

Love hearing your journey with intermittent fasting! When we are in Chiang Mai this is how we eat and it feels great! Being back in England has changed how we have been feeding but I am definitely looking forward getting back to this and my fitness when we return! Thanx for the reminder of what feels best!
To ne honest I've not felt better for a long time, my glucose levels are much lower than ever, keeping the carbs as low as I can is hard but still achievable, yet to gym it to find out if I have the fuel to burn, but I'm sure it will be fine, just learning how to !
