My coworker has a problem. Two months later he had a contact for rent with a man and a woman. The man has nothing to do and the woman is a singer. When the man and the woman rent the apartment, the man had arrested by police due to he used drug and deal. When he arrested the woman was absent. She left all her belongings, that included two lugage and trapping and alot of thing.

The host very upset when the man arrested because Vietnamese opinion is very bad lucky. She liquidation all the woman who is singer. She keep all the money. When the singer return apartment and heard all her belongings lost she fainted although she is pregnant. She want the host return her back all her belongings. But the host dont agree about that, because the man and the woman still own her a small amount. The singer want to complain the host to the court.

The singer ask my coworker. He doesnt know anything but he advise he go to the Ward for present and reclaim her belongings. But he search on the internet. when the renter was arrested in 48 hours that his relatives dont take belonging out of the apartment. The host have the right to liquidation everything belong the renter

Next fewday her husband get out of the jail and my co-worker have to testify for him that when he sign contract, there was the woman beside and the host doesnt have right to take anything hers. OMG
