With the development of the cryptocurrency sphere and its integration into almost all spheres of e-commerce, the problem of security of user accounts has become acute. Given the fact that the loss of the account on crypto-exchange platforms threatens not only the loss of personal information but also the funds, stored on the cryptocurrency wallet, the level of protection should be very serious. Nowadays, hackers have more and more technical tools to bypass protection based on their login, password or even protected using a two-factor authentication.
Ukrainian developers from the Remme have improved the standard security protocols, which were previously used in cryptocurrency platforms around the world. As a basis, the PKI protocol was taken from the Ethereum blockchain. Thanks to hard work on optimizing the algorithm functions and expanding the customization capabilities of each user, the Remme developers managed to achieve an unprecedented level of protection for user accounts. Even taking into account the most advanced achievements of the blockchain technologies, the unique scheme of algorithms work and certification of the Remme project allows achieving, in fact, 100% protection of customer data.
At the heart of the mechanism of the PKI protocol, there is a system of decryption of personal and public keys, which is carried out using complex mathematical calculations. The main database of the platform is distributed in the Ethereum-like blockchain. Due to this fact, confirmation of public keys and successful authentication occurs almost instantly. To increase the level of protection offered by the method using PKI protocols, additional confirmation of SSL certificates is used. During the ICO, all investors were given access to an unrestricted release of their own digital certificates, each of which can protect a separate account. To start issuing certificates, users only need to start the master-node, which is part of the general functionality of the Remme platform. To issue additional certificates, no additional fees or higher commissions are charged - one account in the Remo network guarantees you the right to an unrestricted issuance of SSL certificates.

During the preseason, which was held in December last year, the team of Ukrainian developers from the Remme company managed to attract almost 2 million dollars of investments. After the open ICO, which was held on February 13-14, 2018, start-up earned another $ 18 million in investments in the Ethereum tokens. As the developers themselves say, initially they wanted to conduct ICO in four separate cryptocurrencies. But then, the release ran into difficulties - multiple DDoS attacks were committed to the platform. As a result, ICO was held only within the Ethereum framework, which ended up with an investment of almost 19,000 tokens. As the developers say, most of the collected funds will be spent on improving the work with information security protocols, as well as on providing the company with staff and offices, which will help optimize the work of the entire platform.
REM token features
The main cryptocurrency of the project is the REM token. It is necessary to perform most operations within the framework of the blockchain platform. The main directions of using the REM token:
