Good Day Dear Steemains,

I hope you are enjoying a wonderful, relaxing week.

I would like to share a few words about the crucially important subject of Gratitude.

When many people think of gratitude, they see it as for example saying "thank you" when someone else does something nice for us that we appreciate.

And of course we should always do that.

But Gratitude has considerably greater depths and significance.

Every Moment of Every Day presents an opportunity to be Grateful.

We can be Grateful that we are alive to live another day.

We can be Grateful for the Sunrise and Sunset.

We can be Grateful for Nature and all God's Beautiful Gifts.

We can be Grateful for our family and Loved ones.

We can be Grateful for the opportunity to Love and Be Loved.

We can be Grateful for every experience, whatever it brings.

We can be Grateful for the opportunity to be Grateful.

And if someone is Grateful to us for some kindness we have offered to them, we should be Grateful to them for the opportunity to be of service to them, and make their life better.

And we can be Grateful even for our pain and suffering. Because it is through pain and suffering that we evolve Spiritually and towards Love - and God.

We can be Grateful when people come in to our lives that we Truly Love so Deeply, nothing else seems to matter.

We can be Grateful for all the memories of that Love - the ups and down and beautiful times that can never be replaced.

And we can be Grateful when that Love is no more, even if we were deeply hurt by the One we Loved - we can be Grateful for that as well.

Because deep pain, even of The Heart is a God-Given opportunity to be Grateful for all of the experiences and memories, Grateful for the opportunity to understand Love more on a personal level, and be Grateful in the Knowledge that God always has an ever Greater Love waiting for us if we so desire.

We Should Be Grateful For Life, Love and Above All - to God ❤️
