Thanks for not falling for this scam. It is quite common and many of the big account usernames are being used, as we are becoming aware of them these accounts are being blocked.

Hi @gavvet, just FYI, I got a similar message on steemit.chat from "gavvet." notice the "." at the end. It was a request for SBD for an upvote. If you want further info, just chat or reply to any of my posts. I hope this helps clean things up. - @goldkey
