The remedy is to RE-POST the Down-Voted POSTS 100 times on your own account so the cyber bully will have to waste their voting power (money!) 100 times to down-vote 100 duplicate posts.; and ALSO POST the same down voted post as COMMENTS to every recent post of the Steemit Down-Voter Bully's account 100 times. Comments don't cost you any money.
