There's an increasing battle going on with Christianity and the secular world view. The Gospel message has always been of great controversy challenging and confronting humanities moral compass. While unapologetically claiming to be the only way into Heaven!

Unfortunately many in society believe that just being a good person is satisfactory in living at peace with their higher power. If they even choose to believe in such a thing.

For a majority of the non-believing crowd whom refuse to accept a supernatural spiritual realm, morality and religion is seen as being more relatively subjective. Those whom reject a Creator their ideology is deemed most logically sound being confident in scientific theoretical interpretaion.

They tend leaning more towards a live the best you can for the time you have because there's nothing left, after that you just simply cease to exist! In my opinion the Bible and true observable science compliment each other.

The religious community says we will be held accountable to God for the good or bad things we've done in our lives, and the poor choices we make will have eternal consequences.

The scientific community or opposing ideologies believes that there should be consequences for breaking the law and people ought to be held accountable. Thus enabling society to govern the human condition, but it doesn't mean there is punishment after death!

A lot of people even many Christians have a very hard time wrapping their mind around the concept of Hell or eternal torment, they can't conceive a God of love doing that to anyone!

A large fraction of Christ followers also believe when we die if we don't make it into Heaven we will just cease to exist. They call this doctrine annihilationism.

Because a have faith that the Bible or God's Word is true, I personally believe in Heaven and Hell. Jesus taught about Heaven and Hell more than anyone in the whole of Scripture, but He focused on the hope and reality of Heaven more than the terror of being eternally separated from an intimate relationship with Him!

The misconception about Hell is that God sends people there who refuse to obey Him. The reality is if we believe in God or in His Holy commands we discover we've all rebelled and disobeyed Him. God is a loving Father that disciplines His children, but it's for our betterment not our destruction!

So everyone ever born is deserving of Hell, accept an innocent child or mentally handicapped person who's unable to distinguish right from wrong and can't make moral choices based on conscience conviction.

The Truth is God did everything He could to save humanity from Hell not willing that anyone should parish! Jesus Christ is the only one who offers forgiveness for our transgressions and hostility towards God by reconciliation of His blood sacrifice, death, burial and resurrection.

Hell is a personal choice for rejecting God's Salvation! Acknowledging, confessing, and taking personal responsibility for our faults and weaknesses is a common challenge for every human being due to pride.

It's also extremely hard to repent or ask for forgiveness of anything we don't view ourselves as being guilty of. Which becomes the catalyst for objectively defending, justifying or excusing our own moral standards based on personal relative subjectivity.

The most beautifully masterful and miraculous part of existence that God created as being apart of His marvelous plan, was giving free will to the creatures made in His image as a precious gift.

God didn't make robots, He's not a tyrannical dictator forcing us to bend to His will and we would never have known true love unless we weren't given a choice. The fact that evil exists in the world today is evidence of how much God loves us!

Jesus Christ God in the flesh came into the World to save us from Hell not condemn us to it!
Religious people whom judge and condemn those who don't know God or don't live accordingly to our faith or believe the way we do, are wrong in their presentation and representation of God's redeeming message.

We're to seek those lost in darkness by being a light of hope and being a faithful witness of God's glorious truth, mercy, grace, forgiveness and goodness. The Gospel means good news!

We as Christian's are not instructed to go around beating the World over the head with our religion forcing or imposing or beliefs on anyone and exposing their sin. Instead we're commanded to love our neighbors, pray always for all of humanity, living at peace with everyone and gently lead people to God by our godly example!

Heartbreakingly many live with a passionate zealous knowledge of the Bible, but don't really know God Himself. Jesus went around healing people, helping them with their needs, hanging out with sinners, showing mercy to the lost and compassion to the poor or those rejected by the religious system and spiritual authorities.

The hierarchical clergy had become corrupt by power and greed turning religion into a mere selfish means of political control and making money. Much of what we see today in many denominations of mainstream Christianity who've fallen to the same hypocrisy!

Jesus had the most harsh rebukes, accusations, and warnings of judgement to spiritual relious authorities and teachers than He did the worst of sinners. Christ came to draw us near to God not push us further away!

Rather than judging the World, the Church or Body of Christ is instructed to daily examine themselves within it's walls, according to it's own faith, keeping only those claiming to follow Christ accountable. Judgement begins first in God's house!

I like what Mahatma Gandhi said, "I like your Christ, but I do not like your Christian's. They are so unlike your Christ!" This is a very sad and unfortunate but Truthful observation.

The Message of the Cross is about sacrificial love. God loves us so much, He wants to be close to us no matter what we've done. Religion makes us have to try to be perfect to be accepted by God.

The Gospel says no one is perfect only God and He makes us perfect through the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit and His only begotten Son Jesus's precious blood.

The work to make our way into Heaven is finished! All we have to do is simply have faith, believe surrendering our hearts and lives to the Lordship of Jesus Christ!

My family recently went to NYC on vacation and these "Christians" were holding up signs saying vicious things making false assumptions while judging and condemning large crowds of random people on the street in this distorted form of evangelism. They even accused my 13 year old neice of being a lesbian because her head was shaved. They didn't know she'd cut her hair supporting my aunt who has cancer!

These people are misrepresenting Jesus Christ, this is not how you spread the Gospel or show the love of God to win the lost!
