I told you few days ago how you have been working yourself so hard. You guys work so hard and deserve this moment. I was thinking it would be another massage and glad you guys came up with this. We shouldn't wait till we crash before we de-stress and this is really a smart one. I loved and enjoyed the video and i learned from this; i need to find rest once in a while too and not allow it to accumulate. I will try that out too.
