I loved this girl so much. I went to the doctors recently and found out that i was diagnosed with a severe case of aneurysm (an excessive localised swelling of the wall of an artery.). This disease is life threatening and only in the rare case 1% of the population who contract this condition survive, thus i knew my time was coming to an end. I knew that by telling my the love of my life that i was about to disappear forever would only extend her pain, so today i decided to end it all. I hope that one day she continues to live a happy life. And maybe one day in the future, we will cross paths again. I love you.
