Tips for establishing a healthy relationship

Establishing and maintaining a healthy relationship is not always easy, but it is well worth the effort. Here are some tips to help you and your partner build a strong and lasting connection.

Communicate effectively. One of the most important aspects of any relationship is effective communication. Take the time to truly listen to your partner and express your own thoughts and feelings clearly. Avoid making assumptions or jumping to conclusions, and be open to feedback.
