“Woman Being Submissive And Virtuous”, Read What A Nigerian Lady Have To Say

First of all i don’t have any problem with a woman being submissive and virtuous but if some peoples definition of them is for one to tolerate domestic violence, keep quiet when a man cheats and rubs it on your face, when a man is not doing the right things, does not care about his kids and their upbringing, keeps late night and the rest and the woman is expected to keep quiet, do not confront him, serve him his delicious meal, do this and that , give him sex and even if he gives you infection, do not confront him rather take drugs, give him sex or he will get it outside. if that’s what you mean by a woman being submissive and virtuous please count me out.

Marriage is not slavery. I believe in respect which should be reciprocal, i believe in communication, i believe in saying my mind whenever i feel something is not right or whenever I’m being maltreated, you don’t maltreat a woman and expect her to keep quiet.. That does not work for me.

I believe in prayers cos there’s nothing prayers cannot do as a christian and i also believe in making use of my common sense… Sometimes common sense is needed in some certain issues and not prayer.. God gave us that common sense for a reason.. If your own definition of submission is slavery and maltreatment then count me out cos I’m not submissive at all….. Ga juo ese….

What ever you’ll not want a man to do to your sisters, do not do such to another man’s daughter.

What ever you’ll not want a woman to do to your sons then do not do such to another woman’s son.

This institution is not that hard, if there is understanding, effective communication, respect and openness but once you go into it with the mindset of controlling someone then you’ll surely have a problem….

Marriage is partnership, you join hands together with your wife and build your home and not the other way round.. Respect is reciprocal. You don’t request for what you don’t have. if you want a good woman make sure you are a good man your self and vice versa.
