Hunting Dragons. . .
this are the Macro shots of a dragonfly! Using a 13mp camera smartphones and mobile macro clip. I hope you like for this kind of Insect Photography!
A closer look of a Dragonfly eye. The head which resemble of a combat helicopter. There are many different spicies of dragonfly.
This looks like a doom. A helmet in his head.
The biggest portion we can see in his head is the compound eye, with antenna. The Frons. A six legged with spike to hold when landing to a certain object.
The thorax part start at his neck up to the wings, The Forewings and Hindwings. You can notice the the forewing here is break. Thats the result in hunting the dragons.
A closer look of a hindwings, a beauty in body printed in Arts and a purpose. A very light yet durable for flight that can bend during diving in the air.
The abdomen start from the lower of the wings, segmented called carina. If you can hold its abdomen, you can feel an air inside it. This is used to help the dragonfly in balancing and keep more lighter filled with oxegyn.
The tail part and this one is a female. The male is more elongated than this and thin.

Salamat kabayan, Taking macro shots in phone is a bit hard too, i need to hold my breath and find the right distance to capture clear shots!📷
Indeed Kabayan! Macros are hard to make particularly if the object keeps on moving. I used extension tubes and I have to get so close to the subject just a few mm in between. I spent almost an hour doing that ant macro at the time they were working for their food... but I finally made it.
I am hunting also an insect that even me amazed their nature and beaty in close up shots!
