Hello guys. Today I will be discussing majorly Job recruitment and also how easy it is to attestate candidates profile. Recruitment as related to job, according to business dictionary is simply analyzing the requirements of a job, attracting employees to that job, screening and selecting applicants, hiring, and integrating the new employee to the organization. This sounds so simple and easy. Indeed it is simple and easy IF you are recruiting the right applicant.
We are in a developing world where things changes with time. We really can't compare the current recruitment process to the way it was years back. Now things has been made easy. People get recruited online via the Internet. The Internet is surely a great tool in recruitment process but it has a great loophole when it comes to this. It cannot validate or get attestations on applicants professional profiles and details. I believe you don't have to employ before discovering whether the individual is truly qualified or not.

SPRING ROLE
Springrole is creating a decentralized attestation based professional network through which candidates credentials can be attestated and verified.
