Thanks for sharing all of that - I've heard about Schick Shadel a lot through all the TV commercials (and I think radio as well?) and I always wondered what it was about. I definitely didn't imagine it was anything like this, hahah.

I'm a recovering alcoholic too, although I don't use that particular terminology much anymore. I've been sober for about two and a half years, and I will say that I've learned that the road of recovery can take a lot of different forms for different people, and some paths may seem inadvisable or invalid to some, but only you really know what's best for you. And that can change over time too. I've allowed myself to grow into different phases of my recovery where I use different tools at different times.

For a 20,000 dollar price tag, man, I definitely hope it works out for you. You sound committed to getting better and I hope the best for ya. I'll follow you to keep up on your progress. I'm interested. (Admittedly, I'm also interested in getting more of an inner look at Schick Shadel too!)
