配料:白萝卜、面粉、鸡蛋、香葱、食盐和少许五香粉

做法:萝卜去皮擦丝。放食盐,反复抓捏,抓出水分

腌渍出水分的萝卜丝挤去水分放入大碗中

香葱切末(葱多放一些好吃)

切好的葱花放入萝卜丝中,打入鸡蛋、加入适量五香粉、加入少许食盐搅拌均匀
Add flour
加入面粉
Slowly add the flour
慢慢加入面粉,搅成萝卜丝面糊。不需另外加水。
不粘锅中,放点油润锅,取一勺萝卜丝,均摊在锅中。(也可以直接摊成一个大饼)
凝固后,翻面。两面煎至金黄即可。
