Fried foods are always so favorites. Moreover, lupia which contains a variety of vegetables and suun. Tasty dilahap cocolan with chilli sauce.
Ingredients:
8 sheets of spring roll skin, ready to use, size 20 x 20 cm cooking oil
Filling:
*2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
50 g peeled shrimp,
cut into small 100 g carrots,
sliced into small lengths of 2 pieces mushroom ear, finely sliced
50 g 50 g bean sprouts suun, soak until soft, cut into fine strips
1 leek, finely sliced
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy asim
1/2 tsp pepper powder 1 tsp salt
How to make the stuffing:
sauté the onion: white until aromatic. Stir in the shrimp, mix until the color is red.
Add the vegetables and stir until wilted, suun.
Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, pepper and salt. Mix until a bit dry and lift. Chill
Take a sheet of spring roll skin, fill with 2 tbsp vegetable stir-fry.
Roll and fold up to tidy.
Tape ends with a solution of wheat.
FRY in hot oil until golden yellow and numerous. Lift and drain.
Serve warm with chilli sauce.
