I make the most AMAZEBALLS "spaghetti" alfredo and "spaghetti" casseroles. Or at least so my household and my neighbors tell me. This is how I make the "spaghetti" casserole:
1# ground beef, browned and seasoned to taste (salt paper
4 small (or 3 medium) zucchini, spiralized
1 24 oz jar spaghetti sauce (you can add 1/4-1/2 a tsp of garlic granules to this. We covet garlic in our house)
2 cups mozzarella
1/2 cup grated parmesan
Layer in 9x14 inch pan, starting with noodles on bottom, then 1 cup mozzarella, then beef. Pour spaghetti sauce on top (it will distribute itself throughout the mixture as it cooks), then the second cup of mozzarella and the parmesan. Cover with foil and back at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
