INGREDIENTS:
• Flour - 2.5 cups
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.
• Hot water - 1 cup
• Butter - 1 tbsp.
• Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
• Blueberry - 600 g
• Sugar - 4 tbsp.
• Starch - 2 tbsp.
• Sour cream for serving
PREPARATION:
1. In a deep container, sift the flour, pre-mixed with salt. Pour in the hot water, then add the softened butter and sour cream. Knead the elastic dough and divide it into three parts, wrap each in a food film.
2. Mix the blueberries in a deep container with sugar and starch.
3. Roll the dough into a thin layer. Using a glass, cut out the circles from the dough (about 5 cm in diameter), place a small amount of filling on each circle and clench the edges.
4. Boil the vareniki in boiling water until cooked (after it has floated up, cook for another 3-4 minutes).
Serve dumplings with sour cream.
