INGREDIENTES:
- 2 Latas de leche condensada
- 2 Claras de Huevo
- 4 Amarillas de Huevo
- 3/4 Lt a 1 Lt de Leche
- Vainilla
- Ralladura de un limón
- 1 toque de nuez moscada.
- 3/4 Lt a 1 Lt de ron
PREPARACIÓN
Levante las claras a punto de suspiro, y agregue las yemas poco a poco, siga batiendo y agregue lentamente la leche condensada, la leche pasteurizada, la vainilla, el limón y por ultimo el ron. Pruebe y verifique que tiene el gusto a licor que desea, si no agregue más ron o más leche según el caso. Si desea un ponche aun más espeso, hierva la leche con dos cucharadas de maicena. Deje enfriar al menos dos horas antes de servir.
Si desea darle un aire refrescante a su ponche, sírvalo bien frío con una ramita de menta encima.

gracias @tigergarces, yo aún no tomo bebidas que contengan alcohol pero mis padres preparan el ponche y dicen que queda muy rico.
A mi me encanta el ponche crema vi esta publicación y se me hizo agua la boca.
