Yes, I have. I have had this meal countless times in the breakfast right out of refrigerator.

It is too easy n quick to prepare. It is delicious n very healthy.

It is for coffee lovers n if you don't want to have coffee, you can use cocoa powder or a mix of two

Ingredients:

  1. Coffee Powder/Cocoa Powder(4gms -12gms)
  2. Deseeded Dates(10-12)
  3. Rolled Oats(100 gms)
  4. Milk(150-250ml)

Take a blender, add oats first and turn it into a powder. Add rest of the ingredients, blend them well n enjoy.

You can store it in a refrigerator.

Coffee gives you the kick.
Cocoa contains anandamide. It lifts your mood.
Dates are nutritious and very good replavement for sugar.
Milk contains a large number of nutrients. Prefer A2 milk. You can also use almond milk or coconut milk.
Oats contain complex carbs, fiber, antioxidants, protein.

Try it once, it is too easy to make and very delicious.

Yeah, it is delicious. Seriously. You can also add peanut butter for more protein. The smoothie is thick & delicious.

I'm eating way too much peanut butter, but I can't wait to try it out! : )
