material -
2 tablespoon mixed sprouts (moong, gram, chawl, etc.)
2 table-spoon rice, soaked and filtered
1/2 tspoon ghee
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
A pinch of asafoetida
1 t-spoon finely chopped onion
1/2 T-Spoon Leftovers Paste
salt to taste

Method -
Heat the ghee in the pressure cooker and attach to it.
When the seeds start rubbing, add asafetida and garlic paste and roast on medium flame for a few seconds.
Add onion and roast on medium flame for 2-3 minutes again.
Add rice and mixed sprouts and fry them on medium flame for 30 seconds.
Add 3/4 cups of water and salt and mix thoroughly and cook the pressure from 3 cities.
Let loose all the steam before opening the lid.
Take a little muffle from the back of the spoon and serve it at warm temperatures with fresh curd.
