今天我要跟大家分享的食谱是南瓜红枣蒸鸡。南瓜鸡蒸出来的汤汁清甜美味又可口,是一道适合全家大小的食谱。
南瓜的营养价值高,日益受到人们的重视,逐渐成为大众经常食用的瓜菜。它含有淀粉、维生素B、维生素C、蛋白质、胡萝卜素和钙、磷等成分。胡萝卜素和维生素C有助于健脾,预防胃炎和夜盲症、护肝、细嫩肌肤,并有中和致癌物质的作用。
南瓜不但食用价值高,而且它的食疗作用也很高。南瓜性温味甘无毒,能治咳止喘、润肺益气、驱虫解毒、化痰排脓、疗肺痈便秘,它还有助于利尿、美容等。医学专家研究实验表明,食南瓜籽能缓解前列腺肥大症状、防治动脉硬化与胃粘膜溃疡.南瓜还能预防前列腺癌、化结石、儿童佝偻病、青少年近视、中老年骨质疏松症等。
红枣营养十分丰富。它能提高人体免疫力、抑制癌细胞、防治骨质疏松以及贫血、滋补病后体虚、防止胆结石和高血压,还可以抗过敏、除腥臭怪味、宁心安神、增强食欲。
鸡的全身都是宝。鸡肉性平偏温,富含蛋白质和丰富的维生素B。其脂肪含量少,容易让身体消化并吸收,有益五脏、补虚亏、健脾胃、强筋骨和美容等功效。鸡肉还含有磷脂类,对人体生长发育有着重要的作用。
吃鸡肉还能增强体质,益五脏、补虚损、强筋骨、活血脉、调月经、止白带等。鸡肉、鸡汤是产妇滋补的营养品,有助于产妇的身体恢复并促进乳汁的分泌,是产妇们在做月时重要的食材。
南瓜红枣蒸鸡
食材
南瓜 ∼ 200克
鸡腿 ∼ 1个(500克)
红枣 ∼ 5粒
大头菜干 ∼ 20克
生抽 ∼ 1茶匙
姜 ∼ 30克
盐 ∼ ½小匙
玉米粉 ∼ 1 茶匙
准备
将南瓜去皮洗净,然后将其切成厚片状备用。
将鸡腿去皮,再将肉取出,切成小片状。将其放入碗中,再加入玉米粉、盐和少许的水,搅均并腌制15分钟左右。
将红枣切开两半,然后去掉种子备用。
将大菜头干洗净,切成小薄片状备用。
把姜去皮洗净在,再切片备用。
做法
将南瓜片、红枣、大菜头干和姜片平均摆放在盘子的旁边。
然后将腌制好了的鸡腿肉倒入盘子中间。再将剩余的红枣和将摆在鸡肉上。
最后,将半杯的水和生抽搅均,然后倒入盘中。
在蒸锅中把水煮沸,再把南瓜鸡盘放入蒸锅中蒸熟。需时大概12-15分钟左右。
等待南瓜鸡蒸熟后,就可端上桌慢慢享用了。
