Tincture of black chokeberry
Ingredients
- 300 g of black chokeberry;
- 3 peas of sweet pepper;
- 3 peas of black pepper;
- 3 buds of dried cloves;
- 250 g of sugar;
- 800 ml of vodka.
Preparation
Grind the washed black cherry with a blender. Transfer the berry puree to a three-liter jar. Add pepper, cloves and sugar, close the lid and shake well.
Leave the jar in a dark place for a week. Shake the berry mixture daily. Then pour the vodka, close the lid, shake it and leave for another 2 weeks.
Fold the gauze in several layers. Strain through it a tincture of mountain ash, pour into bottles and close tightly. The tincture is already ready for use, but you can withstand it for a couple of weeks.
