A short recipe video made by the Capt'n back in April 2017, just as autumn was really kicking in and cyclone season was ramping up over the south seas, the Capt'n made a wee video about a rather tasty soup he invented by throwing a whole bunch of homegrown produce and spices into a pan with water.
