My love for fried peppered fish is not of this world. I deliciously enjoy it with chilled little small stout to step it down.
I've been craving for this for some weeks ever since the lock down have been declared. Yesterday, I chose to summon some courage to go get it in the market, luckily for me there was no much restriction in the town. I was so happy because I'm giving my heart what she wanted.
The making process is actually very simple. I got my pepper, grounded cray fish, tomatoes, onion, curry, locust beans, ginger, vegetable oil and the fish.
I started by boiling my fish a little with my tasty ingredients like the salt, Maggi, onion, curry and diced onion, while that is on fire. I grounded the pepper, 2pieces of tomatoes, locust beans and ginger with the local Africa mortal and pestle.
After grounding it, then my fish is half done so,I decided to fry it dry, I put on my frying pan on the fire then add some little vegetable oil, when it is hot, I added the grounded sauce and the previous tasty ingredients used earlier. After it is well fried, I added my fried fish and the mix it together with the ready sauce.
Wooo the fried peppered fish is ready.
