Fig (dry) - 24 pieces

Almond (finely chopped) - 2 tbsps

Cashews (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup

Pistachios (finely chopped) - for decorating 1/4 cup + 2 tbsps

Green Cardamom Powder - 1 Tablespoon

Mawa (lost) - 1 cup

Desi ghee - 1 tbsps

Peasy sugar - 2 tbsps

Milk - 2 tbsps


Method :


- Soak the fig in hot water for ten minutes.

- Remove the figs of water and cut them into small pieces in a mixer or food processor and add 2 tbsp of milk and prepare soft paste, remove the paste in the plate and keep it aside.

Heat the pan, put mawa in it and keep it aside in the frying plate until it becomes pink on medium flame.

Put ghee in a pan and heat it, add fig paste and fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame, add powdered sugar and fry for 1 minute.

- In the fig paste, add cashew nuts, pistachios, almonds, green cardamom powder, mawa and mix well, close the roasted flame for 1 minute and cool the mixture in the plate.

Add some ghee to your hands and make a mixture and mix them with rolling hands and put the pistachio in a plate and wrap it in a pistachio with a pistachio on it.

Prepare the rolls of all mixes in the same way, wrap the roll in separate foil and wrap both sides of the foil properly and keep the roll in the fridge for 2 hours.

Remove the roll from the fridge and remove the foil and cut the thick pieces of the roll. Figs Barfi roll is ready.
