necessary ingredients
Cottage cheese 200 grams (chopped)

One spoon cumin seeds
A nutmeg
A cinnamon
Four cloves
Six cardamom
Two tablespoon cardamom powder
One tablespoon fennel powder
A small spoon turmeric
Half a teaspoon ginger powder
Pinch of dough
One big spoonful of red chili powder
Three large spoons mustard oil
Salt to taste
Method
First put the medium flame in a pan to heat the oil.
As soon as the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom powder, three cardamoms, nutmeg and asafoetida and fry well.
Now take a curd in a bowl and add a fennel powder, ginger powder, a little turmeric, red chilli powder and water to it and make a paste well.
Put the prepared paste in the pan and fry it with running curry. Mix the salt and if needed, add a little water.
Now add all the remaining spices and cover them for approximately five minutes.
- After the fixed time, add paneer and cover again and cook for two to three minutes.
- Ready Paneer Rogan Josh Serve hot with bread or naan.
