Comeback with me @mamenk , lately I spend more time at home to cook.
Cooking is a hobby and pride we will be satisfied if our cuisine in the dining relatives and their love towards our cuisine
to this day I finish my menu pickled fish .
we can eat pickled fish when gathered with family on Saturday night .
Ingredients
tomatoes
green peppers
carrots
potatoes
onions and garlic }
soy sauce
chilli sauce
Cut all ingredients square shaped as shown below
Download snapper (fish to taste) coat the fish with turmeric powder in a few minutes before cooking
After we rub turmeric powder and fry for several minutes and then we fish until cooked
The next stage saute onion and garlic until fragrant
Then enter the vegetables we diced and concurrent input ketchup and sauces
Add a little water
Pour sauce pickles that we have made over the fish fry
Fish ready to be served we can enjoy it with rice or potatoes.
Practical and simple but the flavors were incredible
